The Canby Road property is two homes located together on over 1/2 acre of land. The homes are connected by 2 wonderful, covered patios that provide lots of space for cookouts, outdoor eating, bike storage, etc. There is plenty of parking and outdoor patios for group activities. The property is completely fenced in.

The front unit is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with two large living spaces and a beautiful foyer that has often been used for painting because of its wonderful light.  The back unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a large kitchen, dining and living area. A second living area allows for space to spread out. Both homes have fully equipped kitchens.
 
In past years, the residents living at the Canby Road homes have chosen to live in intentional community together and have often shared meals, transportation, recreation, etc as one large family.  This year we are considering having women live in the front house and men live in the back house.
