Guests have access to the home, grounds, ample on-site parking, and a covered carport.
Please note that the garage, barn, and several outbuildings are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked during your stay.

A few things to know so you can fully enjoy your stay:
🔥 FIRE SAFETY
Northern California has a very dry fire season, so protecting the property and our neighbors is extremely important. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. Open fires, fire pits, fireworks, outdoor candles, burning of any kind, and other open-flame activities are also prohibited.
🐾 NO PETS
We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate pets at this property. This includes pets belonging to visiting friends or family members.
🌳 COUNTRY LIVING
One of the things we love about this home is the feeling of being in the country while still being in Redding. With that comes the occasional sights and sounds of country life. You may see birds, deer, neighboring horses and other wildlife, as well as the occasional insect or critter. Please enjoy wildlife from a distance and never feed wild animals.
🍊 FRUIT TREES
Several varieties of fruit trees can be found around the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy ripe fruit during their stay.
🏡 PROPERTY & OUTBUILDINGS
The home and surrounding grounds are for your private enjoyment. The garage, barn and designated outbuildings are used for owner storage and are not included with the rental.
🚗 PARKING
There is plenty of on-site parking, including a covered carport. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring an RV, trailer, boat, oversized vehicle or multiple work vehicles.
🌿 PROPERTY CARE
Because this is a larger property, our landscaping, maintenance or pest-control team may occasionally need access to the exterior grounds. We will make every effort to provide advance notice when appropriate and will respect your privacy.
