2020 Bethel School of Worship (Worship U) Prices/Terms

Term Dates
14 day minimum stay over the period of Worship U

Housing Fee
Weekly fee's include utilities, wifi, linens and 12% city tax

 

Shared Room $250 per week ($35 per night) 

Private Room $395 per week ($57 per night)

 

To confirm and hold your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of rent.

The balance will be due 7 days before your arrival.

 

$100 security deposit for damages is required and will be returned within 3 days of checkout if the apartment is returned without damage.

Pepper Tree Apartments

 

The Pepper Tree Apartments are in a beautiful complex with over 40 acres of green space, pool, hot tub, club-house, plenty of off street parking, walking/riding distance to Bethel, the Civic Auditorium and shopping. Located on the bus line with a direct route to Redding’s main shopping district (Shasta Mall, Traders Joe's, World Market, Best Buy, Micahels, Home Depot, etc.) Multiple laundry facilities are located onsite. Each year 50+ BSSM students call this location home.

There are a total of five 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and two 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments available. You can choose to rent the whole apartment, rent a private room or share a room with another same gender Worship U student.
