Bethel Music Worship School Housing Opportunities
We have partnered with Bethel's Worship School to offer an easy housing option for students that would love to share space and cost with other same gender Worship School students. We have 15+ private homes and apartments, fully furnished with equipped kitchens, just minutes from Bethel Church (many within walking distance) and offer both private and shared room options.
As part of our ministry, we provide a roommate matching service to pair students that will interact well together based on a roommate survey, prayer and Holy Spirit discernment. We take great care in finding the right people for you to stay with so you have the most amazing experience. We are excited about creating a vibrant community of connection and relationship for over 80 students looking for a great housing experience together.

Reservation Fee Includes
6 night reservation includes all your bed linens, utilities, wifi and free parking, shared housing with same gender worship school students, access to the full home living space and fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook your meals (except food!)

Room Type Options and Cost
All of our housing options are hosted in private homes/apartments/townhomes and most within walking distance to the Bethel Campus. All shared housing is same gender worship school students only.

2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartments (shared with total of 3 people)
Shared Room $275 (shared with one same gender Worship School student)
Private Room $395 (shared bathroom)
Private Residential Home | 3-5 Bedrooms
Shared room $325 (most of our shared rooms are large master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom) (shared with one same gender WorshipU student)
Private Room with Shared Bathroom $475
Private Room with Private Bathroom $550 per week

Security Deposit
A damage agreement and credit card on file is required to cover any accidental damage.
Group Reservation
We offer group discounts for groups of 4 or more who rent the entire unit and pay in full together. Contact us directly at the email above.

**Please note that the City of Redding requires us to collect a 12% occupancy tax for any stay under 30 days. This is in addition to your weekly reservation fee.

Great! We would love to host you!
1. First step is to complete your reservation request and pay 50% or your booking fee. (Don't worry, once you receive your placement, you will have until June 1 to cancel your reservation with a full refund.)
2. Second step is to fill out your roommate survey so we can find the best home and roommate match for you.
3. Third step is to accept your placement and confirm by paying the balance of your booking fee.

The Pepper Tree Apartments are in a beautiful complex with over 40 acres of green space, pool, hot tub, club-house, plenty of off street parking, walking/riding distance to Bethel, the Civic Auditorium and shopping. Located on the bus line with a direct route to Redding’s main shopping district (Shasta Mall, Traders Joe's, World Market, Best Buy, Michaels, Home Depot, etc.) Multiple laundry facilities are located onsite.
